Attorney – Immigration Law
JOB DUTIES • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. • Analyze the probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedent. • Gather evidence to formulate defenses or initiate legal actions, including interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of cases. • Represent clients in court or before government agencies. WAGE & EMPLOYMENT TERMS • Wage: $110,000 per year. • Full-time, permanent position. • Work location: 1300 John Reed Court, D-6, City of Industry, CA 91745. - Ability to travel as required to immigration courts and USCIS offices in Southern California, including the Los Angeles Immigration Court, Santa Ana Immigration Court, USCIS Los Angeles Field Office, and USCIS Santa Ana Field Office.
